Hi there,

I'm Jill Pierse

I currently live in Edinburgh, Scotland where I’m studying for an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health. I’m an experienced e-commerce and product leader, with a deep understanding of user experience, a love of leading multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for marrying technology with social purpose.  It was this passion to do good that drove my decision to return to education, applying all that I've learned about digital products and user experience to an industry important to all of us, healthcare.

I am passionate and intrigued about the intersection between technology, healthcare, and user experience. Marrying each of these elements together, I wrote a dissertation that explored my ideas on the role branding plays in patient experience and outcome. I get excited when thinking about what the future of healthcare will look like and how we can design experiences that prioritize the mental wellbeing of all patients in all healthcare settings.

I love meeting new people and sharing ideas, if you'd like to chat, reach out, I'd love to hear from you!
